Dear friends,

This is Holy Week, when Christians follow our Lord Jesus on his journey to the cross.

The best way to know who Jesus is and what he has done for us is to live through his story for yourself.

Over the years, I've found that every Holy Week, by God's grace, renews my faith and understanding. When ordinary life throughout the year brings challenges and struggles, it is to my experience of Holy Week that I often return to make sense of things.

The services of Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and the Easter Vigil are often called the Triduum ("three days"), which are at the very heart of the Christian faith. These three days explore Jesus' Last Supper, Betrayal, Trial, Passion, Death and Resurrection.

Full details of timings for services are available on our Holy Week flyer. I warmly invite you to participate in Holy Week as much as you are able.

With prayers,

Fr Sam
